Smoothie with Mango and Olive Oil

- 300 gr. iced ripe mango
- 200 gr. strained yoghurt
- 400 ml. milk
- 2-3 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- In the blender, we mash all the ingredients for a few minutes.
- We serve in large glasses with ice, a few mint leaves and a few drops of olive oil.
- We can select either fresh ripe or frozen mango - We can add as much honey or other sweetener we wish
