  • 300 gr. ripe pineapple
  • 300 ml. pineapple juice
  • 300 gr. coconut cream
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ginger, ground
  • 20 ml. Altis Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4-5 mint leaves


      1. In the blender, we mash all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes, and split the mix in large glasses; we add plenty of ice and serve with mint leaves.
