Spaghetti pie with feta and kefalotyri Cheese (without fyllo [layer] dough)

  • 300 gr. spaghetti No. 5
  • 50 ml. Altis Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 200 gr. kefalograviera cheese, grated
  • 400 gr. feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 eggs
  • 450 ml. fresh milk
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pepper
  • Salt


      1. We boil the spaghetti, drain them and add a little of the olive oil.
      2. In a bowl, we whisk the eggs, milk, remaining olive oil; we add the nutmeg, salt and pepper, and we pour the mix over the spaghetti.
      3. We add the feta and kefalotyri cheese, and transfer the mix onto an oiled baking pan.
      4. We bake the spaghetti pie at 180ο C for 45΄-50΄ and then serve.
      - We can use other types of cheese, vegetables or sausages.
