- 300 gr. spaghetti No. 5
- 50 ml. Altis Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 200 gr. kefalograviera cheese, grated
- 400 gr. feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 450 ml. fresh milk
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- Pepper
- Salt
Instructions
EXECUTION
- We boil the spaghetti, drain them and add a little of the olive oil.
- In a bowl, we whisk the eggs, milk, remaining olive oil; we add the nutmeg, salt and pepper, and we pour the mix over the spaghetti.
- We add the feta and kefalotyri cheese, and transfer the mix onto an oiled baking pan.
- We bake the spaghetti pie at 180ο C for 45΄-50΄ and then serve.
- We can use other types of cheese, vegetables or sausages.
