Spaghetti with Basil Pesto

  • 500 gr. spaghetti
  • 30 gr.  fresh basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 20 gr. pine seeds
  • 30 gr. parmesan
  • 60 ml. Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Salt


      1. We boil the spaghetti in plenty of salt water.
      2. We wash and dry the basil leaves.
      3. In the blender, we mix the olive oil, basil, pine seeds, parmesan, garlic, a little lemon zest, a few drops of lemon juice, and we mash them very well for a few minutes.
      4. We pour the pesto over the spaghetti, and then serve.
      - Instead of parmesan, we can add 1 tablespoon walnut kennels - If we want, we can keep the pesto in the fridge
