Spaghetti with Basil Pesto

Ingredients

- 500 gr. spaghetti
 - 30 gr. fresh basil leaves
 - 1 garlic clove
 - 20 gr. pine seeds
 - 30 gr. parmesan
 - 60 ml. Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 - 1 lemon
 - Freshly ground pepper
 - Salt
 
Instructions
EXECUTION
- We boil the spaghetti in plenty of salt water.
 - We wash and dry the basil leaves.
 - In the blender, we mix the olive oil, basil, pine seeds, parmesan, garlic, a little lemon zest, a few drops of lemon juice, and we mash them very well for a few minutes.
 - We pour the pesto over the spaghetti, and then serve.
 
- Instead of parmesan, we can add 1 tablespoon walnut kennels
- If we want, we can keep the pesto in the fridge
