Tomato salad with avocado and ricotta cheese

  • 2 avocados, cut in cubes
  • 150 gr. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 orange pepper, cut in cubes
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 scallions, minced
  • 4-5 mint leaves, minced
  • 2-3 coriander sprigs
  • 50 ml. Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Oil
  • 2 limes
  • Pepper
  • Salt


      1. We prepare the dressing: in a bowl, we mix the olive oil, lime juice, coriander and mint.
      2. In a bowl, we mix all the remaining ingredients; we pour the dressing over the salad, and then serve with tortillas.
      - We can spray a few drops of tabasco over the dressing
