Ingredients

INGREDIENTS
  • 500 gr. pork tenderloin, cut in cubes
  • 200 ml. white wine
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 2 red peppers, minced
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, minced
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 50 ml. Altis Classic Olive Oil
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Salt
  • Bukovo, optional

      Instructions

      EXECUTION
      1. In a wide saucepan, we saute the pork over high heat until it turns brown.
      2. We add the vegetables and continue to saute for 3-4 min., stirring regularly.
      3. We add half the wine and wait until it evaporates.
      4. We add the tomatoes, concentrated tomato juice, mustard, sugar, cumin, thyme, salt, pepper, bukovo and, at the end, the rest of the wine.
      5. We simmer the food for approximately 60’ until the sauce becomes thick, and then serve!
Instead of pork, we can use veal or even a mixture of both meats
