Breadsticks with olive oil and olives

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS
- 160 gr. flour
- 160 gr. all-purpose flour
- 4 gr. instant yeast
- 70 ml. Altis Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 120 ml. water
- 100 gr. olives, minced
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
EXECUTION
- We dissolve the yeast in the water and honey, we mix it with the flours and leave it in a warm place for 15’.
- We add all the remaining ingredients to the mix, knead the dough and form thin sticks, about 20 gr. each.
- We place the breadsticks on a baking pan laid with non-sticky paper.
- We preheat the oven at 175ο and bake the breadsticks for 22΄-25΄.
- We leave the breadsticks cool and keep then in a paper bag.
- We can sprinkle sesame or sun seeds over the breadsticks
- If we want, we can add ingredients such as sun-dried tomatoes or kefalotyri cheese
