- 80 gr. katiki cheese
- 15 gr. pickled cucumber
- 5 basil leaves
- 5 mint leaves
- 6 small small rye rusks
- 1 garlic clove
- 70 ml Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Oil
- Freshly ground pepper
- Salt

EXECUTION
- In the blender, we mash all the material except for the basil at high speed.
- We serve in a deep bowl and garnish with the basil.
