  • 600 gr. ripe tomatoes, peeled
  • 80 gr. katiki cheese
  • 15 gr. pickled cucumber
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 6 small small rye rusks
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 70 ml Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Oil
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Salt


      1. In the blender, we mash all the material except for the basil at high speed.
      2. We serve in a deep bowl and garnish with the basil.
