  • 15 gr. pickled cucumber
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 6 small small rye rusks
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 70 ml Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Oil
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Salt

      EXECUTION
