Lemon fish with potatoes (Bianco)

- 2 large sea basses, in fillets
- 5 garlic cloves, sliced
- 600 gr. potatoes, cut in thick slices
- 120 gr. Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 lemons
- 4 tablespoons parsley, minced
Instructions
EXECUTION
- In a wide saucepan, we place the potatoes in layers and in between we add the garlic, salt and pepper.
- We add the olive oil and as much water as necessary for the potatoes to become soft, and we cook for about 25΄.
- Then, we add the fish fillets over the potatoes; we pour the lemon juice, sprinkle with the parsley and continue to cook for another 10΄.
- We serve the bianco fish with lemon and a little minced parsley.
We can also use salted codfish instead
