Ingredients

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 pork neck steaks
For the sauce
  • 1 sprig fresh sage
  • 50 ml Altis Kalamata P.D.O. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 80 g mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • Freshly ground pepper

      1. Sprinkle the steaks with salt, grind over some pepper and cook them to your liking. While the steaks are cooking, prepare the sauce.
      2. In a frying pan, briefly sauté the garlic (halved) and the sage leaves.
      3. Remove the garlic, add the lemon juice, and remove from the heat as soon as it starts to bubble.
      4. Add the mustard and coriander and stir until the sauce is smooth.
      5. Immediately pour the sauce over the hot steaks and serve with potatoes.
      - If you don’t like sage, use oregano instead
