Ingredients

INGREDIENTS
  • 200 gr. groats
  • 3 scallions, minced
  • 50 gr. baked Florina pepper, cut in stripes
  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 bunch of mint, minced
  • 1 bunch of parsley, minced
  • 70 ml. Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Juice and zest from ½ medium orange
  • Juice and zest from 2 lemons
  • Pepper
  • Salt

      Instructions

      EXECUTION
      1. We soak the groats in 400 gr. warm water and the juice from 1 lemon.
      2. We place the groats in a large bowl, and add the vegetables, citrus fruit juice, salt, pepper and olive oil.
      3. We marinate the tabbouleh for 1 hour in the fridge and then serve.
      We can add minced coriander to the salad.
