  • 300 gr. spicy feta cheese
  • 150 gr. Ricotta cheese
  • 50 gr. strained yoghurt
  • 100 ml. Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Oil
  • 1 horn pepper
  • Freshly ground pepper


      1. In the blender, we add all the materials and beat for 2-3 min. at the highest speed.
      2. We serve the tirohtipiti with olive oil, capers, olives and fresh oregano.
