Tomato soup with sour myzithra cheese

- 400 gr. medium ripe tomatoes, peeled
- 1 small cucumber
- 50 gr. green pepper
- 1 scallion, only the white parts
- 100 gr. sour myzithra cheese
- 20 gr. olives, in thin slices
- 1 teaspoon capers
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- 150 ml. frozen water
- 40 ml. Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pepper
- Salt
For serving
- Thyme
- Sour myzithra cheese
- Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
EXECUTION
- In the blender, we mush all the materials together.
- We serve the soup with small rusks, sour myzithra cheese, thyme and a few drops of olive oil.
We can also use feta cheese in the tomato soup
