  • 400 gr. medium ripe tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 50 gr. green pepper
  • 1 scallion, only the white parts
  • 100 gr. sour myzithra cheese
  • 20 gr. olives, in thin slices
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • 150 ml. frozen water
  • 40 ml. Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
For serving
  • Thyme
  • Sour myzithra cheese
  • Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil

      Instructions

      EXECUTION
      1. In the blender, we mush all the materials together.
      2. We serve the soup with small rusks, sour myzithra cheese, thyme and a few drops of olive oil.
      We can also use feta cheese in the tomato soup
