- 1000 gr. potatoes
- 60 ml. Altis Kalamata Olive Oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon dry oregano
- ½ teaspoon dry thyme
- 1 teaspoon red mild pepper grains
- 1 teaspoon black grains
- Sea salt
Instructions
EXECUTION
- We boil the potatoes, whole and with their skin on, for 10 min. in plenty of salt water.
- We drain and place them in a baking pan, and we preheat the oven at 200ο C.
- With a mortar and pestle, we mash the pepper grains and garlic, and we place them in a bowl, where we add the thyme, oregano and olive oil.
- We pour the mix over the warm potatoes and roast them for 35 min. at 200ο C.
- We may add rosemary to the potatoes for more fragrance
- We can also add mustard
