Whole roast potatoes

  • 1000 gr. potatoes
  • 60 ml. Altis Kalamata Olive Oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ teaspoon dry oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dry thyme
  • 1 teaspoon red mild pepper grains
  • 1 teaspoon black grains
  • Sea salt


      1. We boil the potatoes, whole and with their skin on, for 10 min. in plenty of salt water.
      2. We drain and place them in a baking pan, and we preheat the oven at 200ο C.
      3. With a mortar and pestle, we mash the pepper grains and garlic, and we place them in a bowl, where we add the thyme, oregano and olive oil.
      4. We pour the mix over the warm potatoes and roast them for 35 min. at 200ο C.
      - We may add rosemary to the potatoes for more fragrance - We can also add mustard
