300 gr. penne rigata
250 gr. boiled chicken breast
300 gr. various boiled vegetables
5-6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
40 ml. Altis Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
200 gr. cream cheese
3 tablespoons basil, minced
Freshly ground pepper
We boil the pasta in plenty of salt water and keep one cup of their boiled water.
We heat the pasta in the same saucepan over low heat, and add the chicken, vegetables and olive oil.
We add the cream cheese, lemon zest, a little pepper and salt, and the boiled water we kept, stirring until the sauce thickens.
We serve the pasta with minced parsley and the cherry tomatoes.
